On October 3, 2023, the tax authority registered the withdrawal of the Cyprus company Imperial Energy Tomsk Limited from the membership in LLC Sibinterneft.

Thus, from October 3, 2023, Imperial Energy Group companies no longer owns the 55.9% share that it had in the authorized capital of LLC Sibinterneft.
