Oil Production
The operational activities of Imperial Energy began with development of Snezhnoye field in March, 2006, and subsequently the IE group of companies began developing Dvoinoye field and Maiskoye field. When Imperial Energy group of companies was acquired by OVL, a number of measures were taken to improve efficiency and productivity of work in the fields of the Company.
The Work Program of Imperial Energy group is focused on resource processing using the most state-of-the-art technologies in the sphere of oil production enhancement, engaging the leading manufacturers of oil production equipment, modern methods of dealing with complications and challenges, as well as in the sphere of technical and economic analysis and quality management techniques.
Oil treatment and transportation
Imperial Energy owns a developed infrastructure with the total of 475,250 meters of pipelines, oil treatment facilities (in Snezhnoye, Maiskoye and Dvoinoye fields), Luginetskoye and Zavyalovo oil storage and transfer facilities, which connect to the main pipeline system of PJSC Transneft.
OTF “MAISKOYE”
The facility includes:
- Heaters site;
- Oil separation site;
- Tank farm;
- Pumping station for internal oil transfer;
- Pumping station for external oil transfer;
- Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT);
- Flare system;
- Chemical laboratory;
- Auxiliary infrastructure.
OTF “SNEZHNOYE”
The facility includes:
- Heaters site;
- Oil separation site;
- Tank farm;
- Pumping station for internal oil transfer;
- Pumping station for external oil transfer;
- Flare system;
- Oil-testing laboratory;
- Auxiliary infrastructure.
Custody Transfer Facility “LUGINETSKOYE”
Custody transfer facilities include:
LACT (Lease Automatic Custody Transfer);
- LACT (Lease Automatic Custody Transfer);
- Tank farm;
- Pumping station for internal oil transfer;
- Pumping station for external oil transfer;
- Heat exchangers site;
- Oil-testing laboratory;
- Power-generating facilities;
- Firefighting system;
- Auxiliary infrastructure.
Custody Transfer Facility “Zavialovo”
Custody transfer facilities include:
- LACT (Lease Automatic Custody Transfer);
- Tank farm;
- Pumping station for internal oil transfer;
- Pumping station for external oil transfer;
- Oil heaters;
- Oil-testing laboratory;
- Power-generating facilities;
- Firefighting system;
- Auxiliary infrastructure.
Oil-testing laboratory was established in 2007.
It has accreditation from the Federal Service for Accreditation (RusAccreditation).
Tested medium:
- Luginetskoye and Zavyalovo laboratories – oil;
In 2021, oil-testing laboratories passed the procedure of coverage area extension (Snezhnoye field), and accreditation was obtained for three more media:
- Stable gas condensate;
- Combustible natural gas supplied and transported through main gas pipelines;
- Liquefied petroleum gas.
The chemical laboratory in Maiskoye oilfield does not have accreditation.
Infrastructure of the pipeline oil transportation system of the Imperial Energy Group of companies:
1. Intra-field oil pipelines:
The length of Snezhnoye intra-field oil pipeline system is 13,532 meters;
The length of Festivalnoye intra-field oil pipeline system is 1,658 meters;
The length of intra-field oil pipeline system of the Maiskoye group of fields is 45,266 meters;
The total length of all the intra-field oil pipelines is 60,456 meters.
2. High-pressure and inter-field oil pipelines:
“Snezhnoye field – CTF Zavialovo”. The total length – 52,931 m. Year of commissioning – 2007.
“Kiev-Eganskoye field – CTF Zavialovo”. The total length – 154,400 m. Year of commissioning – 2008.
“Maiskoye field – Ai-Kagalskoye field - CTF Luginetskoye”. The total length – 158,846 m. Year of commissioning – 2007.
The total length of the inter-field oil pipelines of LLC Nord Imperial – 366,177 m.
Gas pipeline “APG TP of Snezhnoye field – CTF Zavyalovo”. The total length – 47,358 m. Year of commissioning – 2021.
