Aleksandr V. Baklanov - General Director of LLC Nord Imperial, LLC Allianceneftegaz, LLC Sibinterneft and LLC Rus Imperial Group.

On August 02, 2021, Aleksandr Vladimirovich Baklanov, General Director of LLC Rus Imperial Group was appointed General Director of LLC Nord Imperial, LLC Allianceneftegaz and LLC Sibinterneft. He was born on September 16, 1973 in Nizhnevartovsk. In 1995, he graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University majoring in Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields. He then returned to his hometown and began working at the legendary Samotlor field as a workover driller’s assistant. For a long time he worked in a Russian-American oil company as an engineer, head of drilling operations. In 2005, as a supervisor, he participated in testing the first well in Snezhnoye field. In 2006, he moved to Tomsk and was hired as a drilling and workover engineer in IE group of companies. In 2008, he was invited to work as Director (Technology) of LLC Rus Imperial Group, and a year later he became its General Director. He is married, and his only son also became an oilman – he graduated from the Mining University (St. Petersburg).
